Open Top Drums

The Gem family of open-top drums are designed primarily for the transport of viscous materials. All of the drums manufactured at our plant in Cavan using state of-the-art technology, the drums are engineered to give maximum strength and reliability. Made from High Density Polyethylene the drums can be safely manipulated by forklifts, hooks, chains and clamps even when filled with a high S.G. product. The robust character of the drum and its shape make it the ideal choice when pallet storage is required.

These drums have been successfully tested and certified in accordance with U.N. recommendations for the safe carriage of Dangerous Goods for Group II substances or higher.
